I mean, how awkward would it have been if I hadn’t responded or found the note you left, and then we both showed up to class on Tuesday and…

I shudder to think.

I would never have been brave enough to do something like that.

I don’t know anyone who would have been brave enough to do something like that, come to think of it.

But you did it, and now I can say I know someone brave.

So you can keep leaving notes on my bike if you want. Or we could set our bikes up and take them on a ride to the park, since they are both a little shy and need some gentle pushing to get out there and date more.

So we could do that for them.
